These terms govern your use of the indiHeritedge platform. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

By accessing or using www.indiheritedge.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer") and indiHeritedge, a proprietorship / entity registered at 176, Vrindavan Colony, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302012, India. These Terms are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

To use the Platform and place orders, you must:
By registering, you represent that you meet all eligibility criteria above. We reserve the right to terminate accounts and refuse service to anyone for legitimate business reasons.
You may browse the Platform without registering. However, placing an order requires an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at indiheritedge@gmail.com of any unauthorised access or security breach.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these Terms, committed fraud, or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or our Platform.
All products listed on indiHeritedge are sourced from within their respective GI-demarcated geographic zones, from registered authorised users or GI-holding cooperatives and state bodies. We do not list imitation or counterfeit GI products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, texture, or weight may occur due to the handmade nature of GI products — these are not defects and are characteristic of authentic artisan work.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice, but your confirmed order price will not change after confirmation.
Product availability is not guaranteed. In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you within 48 hours and issue a full refund.
An order placed on our Platform constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an Order Confirmation email containing your order number. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch.
We accept:
All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card numbers on our servers.
If a payment fails after deduction, amounts will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued with every order as required under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

These rights are in addition to, and do not limit, your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
All content on the Platform — including the indiHeritedge brand name, logo, product photographs, written descriptions, UI design, and source code — is owned by or licensed to indiHeritedge and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
GI tags and associated imagery are protected under the Geographical Indications of Goods (Registration and Protection) Act, 1999 and belong to their respective registered proprietors.
You agree not to:
Violations may result in immediate account termination, cancellation of orders, and/or legal action under applicable Indian law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, indiHeritedge's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform or any product purchased shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or where prohibited by applicable law including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure) including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party carrier failures.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
If you are a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in your jurisdiction. You may also raise complaints on the National Consumer Helpline (consumerhelpline.gov.in) or the E-Daakhil portal (ecrm.gov.in).

Subject to consumer protection laws, disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email and platform notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the revised Terms, please stop using our Platform and contact us to close your account.
